Universal Elliptic Anemometer
Design of the next generation weather station integrating a multitude of industry leading sensors within an Anemometer housing. Multi-sensor network is supported by a RS485 network protocol and modular design. Plug and Play operation is assured for any personal computer by a USB interface. Sensors include: Anemometer (Wind Speed), Temperature, Pressure and Humidity / Dew Point. Wind direction sensor will follow in early 2010.

Exploration of washer packaging and propulsion concepts for a new generation of ultra high efficiency washing machines.
F1000 (SCCA FB) Philadelphia Motorsports
Complete bottom up design of a challenger SCCA Formula B / Formula 1000 racecar. Designed to beat the current and upcoming generation of competition at a lower price point. Incorporating technologies to maximize driver safety and to minimize crash damage to critical components like the uprights. Interchangeability and commonality of components followed closely performance, safety and accessibility as the main design drivers. Advanced computer optimized suspension design along with tuned aerodynamics will provide a viable contender for the next F1000 Championship.
Formula Ford 1600 Philadelphia Motorsports
For Philadelphia Motorsports, performed 90% of design and integration for the Patinato DB4 racecar. Major systems design and integration involved the chassis, suspension, aerodynamics, controls, drivetrain and ergonomics with the exception of the engine.
Custom Corvette Chassis Analysis
Complete analysis of a Philadelphia Motorsports custom Corvette chassis for the C1, C2, C3 type Corvettes was performed using Algor finite element analysis package. Suspension geometry analysis was also performed to verify that car handling would remain consistent with the C5 Corvette.
Airbus Integrated Switch Panels
Technical cleanup of a set of instrument panels for Airbus. Complete specification conformance analysis, button actuation debugging and root cause analysis leading to redesign. Redesign met stringent customer tactile feedback criteria for button actuation within a watertight and EMI sealed unit able to withstand environmental requirements associated with airplane flight.
Boeing 787 Flight Deck Design
Boeing 787 Dreamliner flight deck design involving the integration of the overhead lighting system, environmental control system, crew escape system and also the electrical system within stringent FAA regulations. Esthetics were a major consideration in the design of this composite next generation cockpit and required the use of complex surfacing tools available within the Catia V5 CAD system.
Boeing 787 Dreamliner Crew Temp Selector
Boeing 787 crew rest temperature selector design involved the implementation of back-lighted button and LCD interface along with a light weight yet robust design of the temperature selector housing.
Boeing 777 Instrument Flood Light Redesign
Boeing 777 Flood Light design involved critical positioning of its light pattern to minimize glare and other unwanted optical effects to enable the 777 to transition some of its avionics components to a glass cockpit setup.
Boeing 737 Annunciator Display
Boeing 737 daylight readable annunciator warning panel incorporated the use of aerospace switching and lighting technology to illuminate multiple sunlight readable legends to stringent aerospace requirements. Use of cost effective sheet metal technology was made in the housing design.

Complete Manufacturing Drawing Package
Completed a major manufacturing drawing package for Philadelphia Motorsports for the purpose of manufacturing the Patinato DB4 racecar.
High Temperature Oven Pellet Dispenser
Air tight pellet feeder design for short run production used to feed substrate material to a high temperature (2000K) inert atmosphere oven for the production of experimental crystalline structures for the electronics industry.
